Jackson Homestead #1

The October full moon of 2002 found me out along the Eastern side of Alberta near the community of Kirriemuir. This area is rich with abandoned pioneer homesteads, complete with the interesting bits and pieces left behind from day to day life many years ago. Some of these homes remained occupied into the 1950's but now have sat abandoned for close to half a century. This place was like a movie set, loaded with interesting photo opportunities like this 1928 Dodge.
