Town Hall
Portreeve, Saskatchewan

"A small town hall for a small village" writes Elaine Dunford, who was kind enough to email and tell me about this fascinating, tiny, false fronted building. I'm told it still contains the remaining old town records -- minutes of meetings, bills for town services, etc. Today, it's one of only a few buildings left along the former main street. I like the way the shadows of the long neglected trees along the boulevard played against the stucco walls.
