Vulcan Air Base, Hanger, Rear Wall Detail

Exploring these buildings in the peace and quiet of the night over fifty years after they fell silent, I had to wonder what this training base would have been like in the early 1940's when it was a beehive of activity, filled with aircraft and hundreds of staff and students from all corners of Canada, Australia, New Zealand and elsewhere.
