Dunno why, but in this shot the horton sphere reminds me of the front of the ship in 2001: A Space Odyssey. Remember that classic line and the associated visual? A somewhat more overcast sky than Lunar Eclipse #1 afforded me additional exposure time to experiment with lighting. If I were shooting toward the moon on a clear night I would only have about 20 seconds to complete my lighting, nowhere near enough to create an effect like this.
