Hoodoos #5

One of a series of three identical shots with different lighting, this one was the most fun to create. I did this by passing narrow beams of colored light horizontally across the formations starting from the top and working down, changing colors with each pass. It was inspired by the layers already present in the rock and I tried to follow them where possible. The result reminds me of some sort of layered dessert.
